Summary: Apartment has a stunning location right on the pine walks , perfect for the sea and beach, with beautiful views day and night across the bay . Store formentor across the road behind the apartment stocks everything you will need with an exellent wine selection, and has a cafe/ bar/restaurant with a lovely chilled vibe feel . Its a short stroll on the pine walk to bars/ restaurants ,and beaches right along so just perfect . The apartment exactly as Pere the owner describes and is comfortable and exceptionally clean. The balcony is perfect for people and bird watching , with more comfortable furniture than the pictures show, room for 4 to eat and sit . We will definately be back !! thanks for a great holiday . One of the best locations in Puerto Pollensa, which is a beautiful place.

Summary: Pere's apartment was ideal for our stay in Puerto Pollensa, a quiet location but with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The views out to the bay from the large balcony are wonderful. We particularly appreciated the guides to birding spots that were available in the apartment and followed some of Pere's recommendations finding a couple of reserves which we hadn't visited on previous trips. Thank you.

Summary: Very comfortable apartment in a beautiful place just in front of the sea. Ideal location for walking to the nearby countryside and to Puerto Pollensa town centre along the wonderful and quiet Pine Walk. The apartment is exactly as in the description: fully furnished and has everything we needed for a perfect stay: comfortable sitting-dinning room, nice bedrooms with balconies open to the mountains, fully equipped kitchen, heating and overall a wonderful terrace where we had breakfast every morning under the great weather (sun was shining all week!!). It was clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very kind and helpful and gave us suggestions for places to eat and visit. WE FULLY RECOMMEND IT!

Summary: Fantastic location in quiet area of the sea front with excellent parking facilities and a convenience store. Excellent WIFI system. Balcony and living room are ok. But unfortunately the set up of the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms does not meet by far Swiss or German standards. Everything / equipment (when provided) is minimalist and cheap. For the price one would expect a bit more luxury and convenience.

Summary: The apartment is in an (almost) front line location in the most attractive part of Porto Pollensa. It's on three levels and is spacious and comfortable, though dated (a distinct 70s vibe), and could do with some upgrading. Everything worked, however, and it was clean and tidy. The downstairs shower is only suitable for children, due to insufficient head room. It would have been nice to have had more in the way of everyday necessities provided – eg there was only one toilet roll (in only one of the two toilets), no hand soap, salt and pepper etc. The owner was helpful and easy to deal with; he responded quickly when there was a problem with the fridge/freezer.
